Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, HML Cupcakes does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed or dispatched.

If there is an issue with your order, including damage, quality concerns, or a foreign object found within a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the matter appropriately.

In the rare event that HML Cupcakes is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
