By placing an order with HML Cupcakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products are handmade to order using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. HML Cupcakes cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

In the unlikely event of an issue with your order, such as damage, quality concerns, or foreign objects found within a product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence where possible.

Should HML Cupcakes be unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

By purchasing from HML Cupcakes, you acknowledge that our products may contain allergens including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.
